Building a comprehensive strategy and sales plan that map out a clear route to hitting company goals;Completing management reports on time essential;Preparing Sales Budget and Forecast;Assessing and managing sales funnel to drive forecast and planning accuracy;Being aware of applicable company KPIs and business plan;Providing focused training and sales development sales team;Developing and maintaining high impact relationships with key customers and sales partners in the region, to protect and grow business;Building and maintaining strategic relationships through regular participation in events, travel to customers, sales ride-along, educational events etc.Aradığımız Profil
A successful candidate should have :
A degree in business, engineering or a related field;Proven experience in sales and people management;Minimum 10 years in a business-to-customers selling environment, preferably in the dental industry;Excellent communication and negotiation skills;Strong results-orientation, highly organized and able to prioritize;Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups;Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies;Fluent English;Travel : 30% of the time.Teklif Edilenler
