About the role
Exclusive Networks Turkiye is expanding the team and is looking for a Sales Manager, reporting directly to local company management. In charge of driving end-to-end processes for achieving sales targets with vendors and partners, the Commercial Sales Manager will act as business enabler to help them expand and and grow by cross and up selling!
As Sales Manager, you will :
Work closely with the internal & external sales teams to set and co-ordinate partner & enduser meetings
Drive the quarterly business plan working alongside with Local Sales and Vendor Channel Teams
Proactively work with Exclusive Networks and Vendor teams
Develop end-user lead generation programs with resellers to generate pipeline
Implement sales, marketing, and technical training programs
Ensure internal systems are updated date with vendor pricelists, collateral, discount structures and processes
Producing monthly sales forecast reports and statistics for Exclusive Networks Management and Vendor Teams
Support vendor-focused activities, such as end user events and focus days
Liaising with internal departments eg : Operations, sales, and technical consultants, in order to fulfill customer needs, such as arranging demonstrations, organizing quotes, logistics and customer risk Management
Track and report performance of channel results, bookings, and program initiatives and provide enhancement recommendations to adjust course on programs / initiatives as required.
Key contact for vendors within Exclusive Networks, developing relationships at all levels of the Vendor, Partner organization
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
About you
The ideal Sales Manager :
Proven record in IT / Security / Networking business at least 3 years
Knowledge of IT channels and commercial challenges for distribution
Highly motivated, with a pro-active approach to workload& target oriented
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Should have past history of presentations to large corporates
Clear communication& analytical skills
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure
High analysis ability
Fluent English
