Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in business continuity, internal audit, compliance, or ISO governance.
- Proven track record with ISO standards such as ISO 22301 (Business Continuity), ISO 9000 , ISO 20000 (IT Service Management), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
Preferred Certifications :
CBCI or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / AuditorCRISC, CISM, or similar GRC-related certifications is a plusProject Management certifications (, PMP or Prince2) is a plusTechnical & Behavioral Competencies :
Strong knowledge of ISO management system standards and audit processes.Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation methodologies.Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English and Turkish.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems (, SharePoint, Confluence, DMS tools).
