Ne Yapacaksınız?

  • Verim depolarının ve saha operasyonlarının verimliliğini etkileyen alanlarda bayilere koçluk yapmak.
  • Merkez tarafından belirlenen standartların depolarda oluşturulmasını sağlamak.
  • Operasyonun tüm işleyişi için bayilerin ve depoların ihtiyaçlarını takip etmek ve karşılamak.

Ne Getireceksiniz?

  • En az lisans derecesine sahip olmak.
  • stanbul Anadolu Yakası'nda ikamet etmek
  • Tercihen E-Ticaret, FMCG, Perakende veya Gıda sektörlerinden birinde en az 3 yıllık bayi yöneticiliği deneyimine sahip olmak.
  • Dinamik iş koşullarında hızlı aksiyon alabilmek ve kalıcı üretim yapabilmek.
  • Verimliliği artırmak için süreçleri sayılarla yönetebilmek.
  • Yoğun iş temposuna uyum sağlayabilmek ve gerektiğinde şehir dışı seyahatlere açık olmak.
  • Tercihen mavi yaka personel yöneticiliği deneyimine sahip olmak.
  • MS-Office programlarına hakim olmak.
