JOB DESCRIPTION :
As a Social Media Expert you will be responsible to;
- Actively participates in the Brands’ owned media strategy development, annual planning and monthly review process, as well as in the definition of their optimal A&P media mix
- Compile campaign performance results from agency, online, media using available tools, share with all
- Based on the 360 Consumer Marketing Plan, defines the owned media plan where to play, calenda , KPIs tracking, assets in accordance with brand digital strategy and owned media
- Creates, reviews and localizes assets for social / digital platforms
- Prepares and shares with e-retailers media kit to push organically content on their social pages
- Orchestrates the execution of virtual selling activities across different touch points
- Has deep knowledge of the brands in scope
- Working close with earned media to provide asset on owned media
- Leads campaigns, including owned media content co-creation with influencers
- Manages owned platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Prepares conversation calendar with talkable& ownable content and runs social media campaigns
- Works closely with brand.com to integrate owned media activations where relevant
- Tracks and reports KPI's to brand teams on an on-going basis
- Runs Community Management, answering questions and comments from community in a timely manner & Social Media Listening activities via agency
- Acts as the social media listener for the brand, sharing regular consumer feedback summaries with Consumer Marketing
- Works closely with customer service team to provide optimal responses and feedback from consumers to the brand teams
Qualifications
