Manage existing customer accounts and identify new business opportunities
Implement commercial strategies aligned with annual sales and revenue targets
Build and maintain strategic account plans, including regular reviews and forecasting
Develop strong relationships with key customers and channel partners
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to drive high satisfaction
Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to manage pipeline, opportunities, and performance tracking
Share timely market insights to support commercial planning and pricing decisions
Take an active role in Growth Room activities and follow up with countermeasures where needed
Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and customer-facing events
Ensure compliance with internal policies and standard operating procedures

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years, or Master's degree with 3+ years of commercial / sales experience
Proven success in direct or channel-based sales, preferably in diagnostics or healthcare
Experience in opportunity management, market planning, and account development
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams
