Job Purpose :
As the Marketing Manager, Sensodyne you will be the custodian of the brand for Middle, East & Africa business unit to drive strategic direction, ambition and growth strategy, relationship with global category, innovation pipeline and communication strategy to deliver consumption and sales growth, across all markets. We’re looking for an individual who can foster strong partnerships with markets to drive brand growth, prioritize investment opportunities, develop winning market activation plans and ultimately deliver a successful strategy across MEA.

Develop the growth strategy of the MEA business through adoption and meaningful adaptation of global brand strategy and success guides.Partner with global category and local market teams to deliver winning marketing and innovation plans for MEA based on actionable commercial, competitor and consumer insight to drive MEA brand share and equity ahead of competition.Accountable for brand performance for assigned brand across MEA markets and regular governance and reporting across RGM levers to ensure market leading delivery.Recommend innovation strategy, pipeline, vision boards, oversee on-time delivery of innovation in markets enabling innovation sales KPIs for MEA.Identify investment priorities with appropriate mix between advertising and promotion enabling sufficiency on prioritised RGM levers for growth maximisation.Develop winning creative briefs and toolkits in partnership with Hub / local agencies to adapt global toolkits to MEA local insights, market clusters, competitor environment, cultural sensitivities, and media landscapes.Drive consistency of global brand purpose, brand heart, messaging and VBL across MEA executions.Build talent in team with differentiated development plans and career roadmaps.Model Haleon leadership standards, compliance requirements, values and MEA Play Above spiritTrack Brand Health through BPS and use it to inform brand strategic direction.Measuring success of in-market innovation and communication execution and course correction.Lead building and delivery of high growth plans in emerging economiesBuild a future proof growth ambition across MEA, with a robust initiative and investment plan to enable delivery.Sound commercial acumen with experience in sales and marketing in regional / local rolesStrong analytical skills to connect dots across multiple date sources (within or outside the organisation) and storytelling skills that can simplify complex information into a clear, compelling narrative.Managing multiple stakeholders and ability to articulate the brand priorities and provide a clear strategic direction to aid execution.Learning agility to deep dive into new areas with speed, develop quick in-depth understanding and application of problem-solving skills to address issues.Strategic mindset in day-to-day operations, ability to see the larger picture and rise above execution detail.Strong understanding of marketing and business fundamentals to provide sound advice on business performance.Exceptional relationships with Global Category team / GBC / market teams / BU cross functional teamsDemonstrated the ability to lead complex projects with successful outcomes, within a matrix organisation.Highly developed commercial acumen with experience in P&L / budget management, pricing / mix / promotional strategies, brand architecture; with a focus on performance.Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, presentation and communication skillsWhy you?
Qualifications & Skills
Post Graduate Degree - Preferably Marketing specialization.15 years’ experience in FMCG.5+ years’ experience operating at management level.10+ years’ experience within Marketing functionProven brand activation experience (innovation, communication, campaign management etc.)Excellent performance record for the last 3 yearsMEA / regional experience – preferably across multiple geographies.Team leadership experience - managing and developing talent.Personal Attributes :
