The candidate will drive the development and expansion of the Photo Video business across CMET (Middle East & Türkiye) markets, serving as the product marketing champion for business development, marketing, and sales activities in collaboration with the Product Manager, Sales Team, CCMS Team, DRBG HQ and Partners.What we give

- Plan & deliver product-wise marketing strategies, campaigns, promotions, schemes and other marketing actions required for the development & expansion of Photo-Video business in the region.
- Visit Photo Specialist dealers securing support for their end-user related queries / issues and to collaborate with them on promoting Canon events and helping them with how to better serve their customers’ educational / support related needs.
- Plan & execute end-user engagements, run demonstrations / training sessions to improve know-how on new products for relevant partners / end-users.
- Build strong relationships and tie-ups with photography societies, associations, photo clubs and opinion leaders of the industry as well as Canon ambassadors.
- Identify and tie up with relevant Influencers in each product category / segment at a competitive level and categorize them for long-term & short-term partnerships with deliverables such as Product review, Content Creation, Guest Speaker for Workshops, Photowalks, etc.
- Regularly arrange Canon branded Workshops, Photowalks, Q&A Sessions and similar events to engage effectively with target audience.
- Organize internal and external trainings for newly launched products and current products in the portfolio that need improved awareness.
- Improve online visibility of the brand through advertisements, influencers, partner websites & social media channels and elevate brand perception for the relevant audience.
- Work in liasion with marketing lead for budgeting, mapping, planning, forecasting, accruing, spending, monitoring & tracking of marketing budgets for each Product Group.
- System approvals, monitoring & tracking of marketing expenses in liasion with Product Manager & marketing team.
- Management of sample product inventory in terms of distribution, tracking, collection and maintaining operational condition.
- Support Product Manager in terms of PID-PAD analysis, Demand Planning alignment, Internal Product Launch Document, Info Sheets, Regulatory & Localization alignment.
- Support Product Manager in Product Positioning, Price Mapping & Competition analysis.
- Product wise, Country-wise, Channel wise MASH monitoring and analysis (GFK, Futuresource, T2 reports).
- Product Localization management including cost monitoring, reporting & claims.
- Follow up and operational support to Product Manager for all PV related SRs & PRs.
What we ask
- University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering etc.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a multinational company.
- Fluency in Turkish and English written and spoken
- Excellent command of MS Office Applications
- Background and knowledge of market environments
- Drive and multitasking skills combined with a high level of personal integrity and tact
- High attention to detail and a concern for accuracy in work.
- Ability to carry out the role within set deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to a high level with individuals at all levels.
