  • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Design and execute creative marketing campaigns to effectively reach the target audience.
  • Collaborate with agencies to manage projects and optimize processes.
  • Analyze market trends and develop competitive strategies.
  • Coordinate content production and social media management to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Plan and execute event organizations to create opportunities for increased brand awareness.
  • Manage the marketing budget and conduct ROI analysis.
  • Building marketing campaign with Microsoft Dynamics and inbound marketing tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven success in marketing, especially within a B2B context. (B2B marketing in the service sector, sales to HR, relative decision-making, and people management departments are preferable)
  • Vast experience in effectively managing large teams and a talent for fostering team cohesion, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Creative thinking skills and the ability to develop innovative projects.
  • Experience in agency management and corporate communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media tools.
  • Experience in a challenging and ever-changing startup environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively negotiate and establish successful partnerships.
  • Expertise in assembling and managing a high-performing team, effectively guiding and directing them towards success.
