Deine Aufgaben
- Du bearbeitest fachkundig telefonisch oder schriftlich eingehende Kundenanfragen im Bereich Festnetz
- Du berätst Kunden aktiv zu Produkten, Preisen und Tarifen
- Du übernimmst eigenständig die Reklamations- und Beschwerdebearbeitung
- Du bedienst alle Funktionen kundenspezifischer EDV-Systeme
