As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you’ll help them navigate their options and find the perfect flexible living solution—making a real impact from the very first conversation.

What You’ll Do
Own the Sales Cycle
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and social platformsGuide clients from initial contact through to apartment tours and final booking confirmationUnderstand Client Needs
Conduct consultative sales calls to uncover client requirementsOffer tailored accommodation solutions across international marketsDeliver Results
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance KPIsEnsure a smooth and satisfying customer experience throughout the journeyManage Your Pipeline
Keep leads updated in our CRM with timely, proactive follow-upsMaintain detailed and accurate records to support pipeline healthCollaborate Across Teams
Partner with Operations, Customer Experience, and MarketingShare feedback and insights to enhance the client journey and improve conversionRequirements
3+ years of sales experience , with at least 2 years in one company in either inbound or outbound salesA hunter mentality : you’re confident leading discovery calls, handling objections, and closing dealsFluent, native-level Turkish and English —both written and spoken; additional languages are a plusStrong familiarity with sales tools and CRMs ; experience with Salesforce is a bonusA coachable mindset and eagerness to grow in a high-performance teamExcellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage a global pipelineBenefits
