Join us in driving growth for the LEGO brand in Turkiye , leading branded retail key account management efforts to elevate the LEGO brand’s presence, optimize partner performance, and deliver exceptional retail experiences.
Core Responsibilities
Deliver compelling value propositions to LEGO-branded channel partners in Turkiye .
Manage the complete lifecycle of key account management for LCS partners in Turkiye .
Develop and execute joint business plans with customers, ensuring alignment with business targets.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with vital stakeholders within the customer base and across internal departments.
Implement monthly priorities as directed by the marketing team, integrating key retailer occasions as appropriate .
Conduct negotiations for annual trade terms and plans within established frameworks.
Strategize and execute a roadmap for future store expansion initiatives within Turkiye , including the successful implementation of new store openings.

The role of Senior Key Account Manager for LEGO branded channels in Turkiye serves as a linchpin in supporting the broader organization's strategic objectives and expansion initiatives. By effectively managing our branded channel, the incumbent not only drives revenue growth and market share expansion for LEGO BRAND in Turkiye but also strengthens brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Additionally, the development and execution of joint business plans with our partner contributes to fostering mutually beneficial initiatives, which in turn enhances LEGO BRAND's position as a market leader. By delivering exceptional retail experiences and consistently meeting growth targets, this role plays a pivotal role in advancing LEGO BRAND's mission of inspiring and enriching the lives of children and adults worldwide through creative play.
In this role, you're not just managing accounts; you're crafting experiences, fostering partnerships, and bringing the LEGO story to life—one brick at a time.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven track record of successful key account management in a similar role, preferably within the consumer goods industry and with previous branded retail experience.
Work experience in an existing Franchise system would be advantageous .
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure advantageous trade terms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for fostering collaborative relationships.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
Prior experience in developing and implementing joint business plans.
Familiarity with the retail landscape in Turkiye
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Leadership qualities with the capacity to influence and drive change
Fluency in English and Turkish languages
