Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Focus on E-commerce channels to ensure the improvement of the business.
  • Responsible for the sales of Huawei Consumer Business Group products (smartphone, tablet, notebook, wearable products, audio products, etc.) in the online channels.
  • Responsible for the management of the online retailers Hepsiburada, Amazon, Trendyol, N11, etc. for each product category.
  • New product launching, planning the shipments and delivery details.
  • Closely monitor the weekly, monthly sales and stock levels for product and account basis.
  • To ensure the sustain business, closely monitoring the purchase orders, payments and delivery process.
  • According to the market and consumer demands, designing the sales campaigns and monitoring the results weekly to take the additional actions.
  • Managing the internal processes about the sales campaigns, budget applications and allocations.
  • Planning the joint marketing activities especially in special campaign periods with the accounts (TVC, radio, digital marketing activities, etc.)

  • Evaluating the results and realisation reports for the joint marketing activities.
  • Managing the online brand stores, for enhance the brand awareness and product visibility.
  • Managing the close relationship with the accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales / product manager / account manager experiences in e-commerce (preferably in consumer electronics products).
  • Bachelor's degree or above is must.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken is must.
  • Sell-out and target driven mentality.
  • Excellent time management, organisation and negotiating skills.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent business intelligence skills.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong report skills.
  • An exceptional teammate with the ability to lead complex initiatives without direct authority.
  • Willingness to learn and constantly challenge yourself for continuous improvement.
