Enterprise Industry Service Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager reporting to Service Director and PMO,

responsible for :

Main Responsibilities

Expertise

• Basic knowledge

Pass one of the following exams : HCIP, PMP, China Information System Project Manager, Prince II, and Enterprise PM Exam.

Have at least half a year's experience in core positions in level-C projects or above within two years.

Be proficient in using corporate ITR, SD, IFS, and partner collaboration processes, as well as tools such as eISDP.

Manage project partners based on corporate partner strategies.

Understand Huawei's commonly used risk management rules, documents, and tools, and have the ability to identify and resolve lightweight issues.

Understand customer acceptance criteria and quality (including EHS) requirements , formulate key measures to ensure project quality, arrange for project teams to implement these measures, evaluate process control results, formulate improvement plans, continuously improve project quality results, and achieve the defined

Develop and execute the project resource plan based on the contract requirements.

Perform project procurement according to corporate procurement policies and requirements.

Have the preliminary capability to develop and manage the project integration plan.

Break down tasks for contract-based delivery, develop plans, accurately execute the plans, and align with acceptance requirements.

Be good at listening and effectively communicate online and offline.

Build a favorable internal communication climate for projects.

Be a good listener, proactively share ideas, promote the work of the project team according to the project / business management processes, formulate project team-related regulations, and set a good example

Business Skills

o Formulate project budgets and achieve targets through related project management measures.

o Perform contract-based delivery (provide examples of project scope control).

o Handle possible project changes.

Key Competency

Requirements

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related specialities,

Experience : 5 years' work experience and at least 2 years of Industry Delivery Project or relevant work experience

Skills : Strong decision-making of in organization, management, planning, communication capability and accountability. Usage of all kind of MS Office applications.
