Our Advisory Services (AS) Team plays a key role in delivering strategic and impactful solutions across diverse disciplines, including engineering, architecture, transport, and energy. By working closely with experts across Arup, we help clients navigate complex challenges, drive sustainable outcomes, and create lasting value.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-calibre and experienced Professional Project Manager with a technical background in engineering or architecture.

As a Senior Project Manager at Arup, you will :

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams on client commissions, shaping socially useful and sustainable outcomes.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Oversee project delivery, internal coordination, and commercial management of major projects.
• Support business development activities, including preparing expressions of interest, tenders, and thought leadership contributions.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.
