Job descriptionManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace atmosphere. Oversee performance management processes, assisting managers in setting objectives and conducting evaluations. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing support. Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with leadership to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives. Assist in HR reporting, analytics, and workforce planning.
Array
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
