The position
As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for developing, planning, conducting, coordinating, and implementing People and Organisation (P&O) processes and initiatives regarding to employee life cycle with due recognition of Novo Nordisk vision, values, policies and in accordance with Novo Nordisk Turkey’s strategies and business objectives.

The Qualifications
You have bachelor’s degree from related fields and master’s degree and / or MBA is a plus. You have at least 6 years of relevant Human Resources experience with minimum 2 years partnering with business leaders. You should have excellent command over both written and spoken Turkish and English.
As a person you have a "can-do" mindset, with the ability to balance people and business objectives and also strong change management experience and can adapt and lead through uncertainty and ambiguity
