Job description

Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding，outboarding

Implement invitation and interview according to the company's recruitment process.

Ensure that the job description of each department is collected and assist in publishing the job recruitment.

Collect, classify and sort out the resumes of relevant candidates, and screen the resumes initially

Support employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution

Assist the Human Resources Director in dealing with human resources department matters

Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently

Maintain and update company organization charts and employee directory

Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives

Maintain HR systems and processes

Provide support and guidance to company staff

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and above in business administration, Human resources, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in Human resources or a related field
Strong knowledge of Communication skills, logical, and patient to solve the problem
Proficient in English and Turkish languages, (prefer native chinese ,chinese is plus)
Work with patience ,responsibility and carefulness
