The role
We’re looking for a Head of Creative to lead all things art, motion, and performance marketing. You’ll own 3D / motion ad production, trailers, store assets, and gameplay capture—working side by side with UA to turn ideas into results.
What you’ll do
- Oversee Unity gameplay capture & polish.
- Deliver store assets (icons, screenshots, videos) that raise CVR.
- Partner with UA to analyze creative performance (IPM / CTR / CVR / CPI).
- Build and manage a lean creative pod + external vendors.
- Keep high standards while experimenting with UGC / TikTok-native formats.
What you bring
6+ years in video / motion for marketing, with shipped mobile game ads.Strong in Blender or Cinema4D + Adobe Creative Cloud.Understanding of performance marketing + creative metrics.Bonus : Unity capture, playables / HTML5, UGC, audio basics.First 90 days
