We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to join our partner’s leadership team. This role will be responsible for bringing the brand vision to life in the most creative, unique, and impactful way. With an agency background and strong art direction experience, the Creative Director will oversee brand communication end-to-end — from strategy to design, from campaigns to experiences — while leading the marketing team and external agencies. This is a senior role that blends strategic thinking with creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communication Strategy
- Represent the brand identity consistently across all communication channels (digital, social media, outdoor, print, experiential marketing)
- Develop creative campaigns to strengthen brand positioning
- Track trends, industry dynamics, and competitor activities to design strategies that set the brand apart
Creative Leadership
Use art direction and design expertise to drive concept development, visual language, and campaign creationLead content, design, video production, social media, and event marketing teams to raise creative standardsManage external agencies and production teams through briefing, concepting, production, and revision processesProject & Campaign Management
Plan and execute 360° campaigns aligned with brand and marketing strategiesCollaborate with the marketing team to deliver KPI-driven resultsEnsure timing, quality, and budget control across all creative outputsExperience Design
Design creative experiences for members and potential customers through events, campaigns, and spacesDevelop innovative ideas for spatial visualization, launches, and membership experiencesCreate an integrated brand experience across digital and physical touchpointsTeam & Collaboration
Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align creative vision with strategyCollaborate with brand managers, social media teams, content creators, and agencies to run integrated creative processesMentor and support the growth of the creative teamQualifications
Minimum 7–8 years of experience in creative / advertising agencies with a strong art direction backgroundProven leadership experience in creative management, supported by a strong portfolioExperience in brand strategy, creative campaign management, and 360° marketingStrong expertise in design aesthetics, visual storytelling, and trend trackingExcellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency in English (written and spoken)
