This is a unique opportunity to take the reins of an established legal entity in Turkey and lead its strategic development combining hands-on sales with high-level leadership.

The Opportunity

As Managing Director , you will take full ownership of the commercial and operational development of the company's Turkish branch. You'll be responsible for building market presence, developing key customer relationships, and aligning local activity with global strategy.

The role reports directly to the international headquarters and offers the scope to make a real impact with autonomy, resources, and a strong product portfolio behind you.

What Were Looking For

Turkish citizen with 5+ years' leadership experience in the animal feed, premix, or additives industry

Degree in Agricultural Sciences , Veterinary Medicine , Natural Sciences , or Business Administration

Strong commercial background and experience driving country-level strategy

Fluent in Turkish , with good working English

Basic understanding of Turkish commercial law and taxation

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset

Comfortable operating independently and making data-driven decisions
