Sales Director- Turkey

We are seeking proactive, high-performing sales professional with a passion for driving new business in the B2B SaaS space. This role demands a hunter's mindset and a deep understanding of consultative selling. As the Director of Sales, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to our sales team, driving growth and achieving ambitious targets. You will oversee the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and outreach, ensuring effective collaboration with the Technical Support Advisors or Account Executives and Pre-Sales teams. Your role will involve setting up demos and meetings, tracking sales performance, and reporting on progress.

The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of extensive experience in the SaaS industry with 5 years of team managing / leadership - particularly in digital marketing or related fields, and possess strong leadership qualities

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team focused on generating and qualifying leads for our SaaS digital marketing platform.
• Drive top-of-funnel activities by researching and identifying potential customers.
• Oversee outreach efforts through various channels to schedule and coordinate demos and meetings.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies and align with business objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, including lead generation and conversion metrics.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a strategic advantage.
