About the Role :

Our Supply Chain Department is looking for a West Black Sea Logistics Manager to be based in either Düzce or İzmit. This role will report to the HCo Türkiye Supply Chain Manager.

Main Responsibilities :

Area Flows Management :

• Coordinate logistics from warehouses and collection points to lines, optimizing space and resources
• Optimize deliveries of Hazelnut (kernel and inshell), packaging, and semifinished products for B2B
• Ensure operational efficiency and participate in plant governance
• Monitor KPIs to track improvements and prevent silos between Supply Chain (SC) and Industrial areas
• Assess performance of transportation companies and shipping lines
• Ensure smooth internal transportation connections between warehouse, plant, lines, and collection points
• Coordinate direct export flow (FQ) and local B2B processes
• Manage logistics for subcontracting activities, shell, and waste
