University degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering,
Work experience in Automotive Industry,
Specialized knowledge for the position,
Fluent in English,

JOB DESCRIPTION

To comply with the relevant Work Instructions, to work in shift order when necessary, to control and supervise the line parameters of the products for which it is responsible, to make the necessary corrections and to record them.

To carry out stock and label controls of the products for which it is responsible, to contact the relevant units to eliminate the problems, if any.

To carry out all tests and analyzes related to the product, process and surfaces to be painted, which are under the responsibility of BASF, in accordance with the relevant instructions and protocols and to record the results.

In accordance with the results of the analysis and the relevant documentation, to make the necessary calculations for the addition and feeding of the products for which it is responsible and to inform the relevant units.

To monitor and record their chemical consumption.

To analyze the problems that occur or may occur in the customer line and Paint Preparation, to investigate the solutions, to make suggestions and to inform the relevant units.

To periodically check and record the critical parameters of the production lines and vehicles where the products for which it is responsible are used, to investigate and share with the relevant units the solutions to eliminate the problems, if any.

Creating regular reports on the activities at the client.

To use laboratory devices carefully, to report possible damages and malfunctions to the manager

To follow the instructions in the area of responsibility

To comply and comply with the rules of Quality, Environment and Occupational Safety

To have good relations with the customer, to develop relations with people in critical positions in the paint shop and to ensure the continuity of relations.

Developing and implementing proactive methods on a product basis in order to minimize technical complaints about products

To ensure that regular information is entered into the ENSPHERE system, the BASF data entry system, on a weekly basis
