Senior Warehouse Operations Manager (Kocaeli)

Short Intro and About the Job

We are looking for experienced  Senior Warehouse Operations Manager  who will lead all warehousing team of Danone in Türkiye and warehousing providers for water category .

In this role you will;

• Work closely with Transportation, Customer Service, Procurement, Production, Quality, Information Technology, Factory ,and Finance teams to build flawless operation
• Be responsible for Safety Management, Budget Management, Project Management, KPI Performance tracking and Operational Processes
• Develop and apply a consistent logistics strategy (inbound & outbound, warehousing, customs operations, value added services, KPI Management), which meets current business standards, ensuring the provision of outstanding and cost-effective service
• Proactively manage and optimize all 3rd party and own warehouses to ensure that they meet business needs. Located all over Turkey (Sapanca, Hendek, Bursa, Pozantı, Aydın and overflow warehouses when required)
• Create and execute saving projects in the area of end-to-end logistics
• Serve service level of warehousing in Turkey Waters’ operations
• Optimize people, resources, and technologies to ensure that business standards are achieved or even exceeded
• Manage the warehouse expenses and always seeking options for cost competitiveness
• Manage inventory and reconcile with system for any variances and improvements opportunity
• Management of warehousing budget in monthly base
• Ensuring Danone Safety and Quality standards are applied in all warehousing operations
• Manage the total warehousing budget, contribute to D2D controllable cost targets
• Manage pallet pooling operations
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and ensuring zero customer complaints due to warehousing
• Manage return operations and resolving disputes with customers
