As a Senior Design Manager at Arup, you will :

As a Senior Design Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality design, planning, and execution from concept to commissioning. This role offers the chance to work on both local and international projects, utilizing your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation and excellence.

Leading design team for RIBA 5 / 6 EoR and AoR activities including RFI responses, shop drawing approvals as well as quality management.

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture, civil engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of professional experience and several years of experience as a project manager in leading multidisciplinary teams in the realization of large industrial or technology projects. Possibly initial experience in data centre planning.
• Relevant projects references in national and / or international science, industry or technology projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building planning and sound knowledge of RIBA, or similar standards.
• Timely realization of complex projects.
• Strong communication skills, confident appearance, organizational and negotiating skills.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
