İş tanımıBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering ; Master’s degree is a plus Minimum 9–10 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain operations At least 5 years of experience in operational excellence, Lean, or process improvement roles Proven experience in warehouse optimization, automation, and WMS projects Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma , and continuous improvement methodologies Hands-on skills in data analytics, modeling , and use of Excel, SQL, Power BI Excellent command of English (written & spoken) Effective communicator with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills AutoCAD knowledge is strongly expected

About Our Client
Our client is a global transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage company. We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operational Excellence Manager for their growing team in Istanbul, Turkey.
Your Role
As a Logistics Operational Excellence Manager , you will lead strategic initiatives to optimize warehouse and distribution center operations. You will identify process inefficiencies, implement Lean-driven improvements, and lead automation and digitalization projects. Working closely with engineering, operations, and IT teams, you'll transform operational challenges into measurable improvements in quality, cost, lead time , and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze logistics and e-commerce workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement Lean and continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, etc.)
- Monitor KPIs , perform root-cause analyses, and develop action plans
- Lead automation, digitalization, and WMS-related projects from concept to execution
- Collaborate with field operations to drive adoption and change management
- Use data and BI tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) to guide decisions and track performance
- Support process innovation through tool and equipment design or adaptation
- Ensure all initiatives align with operational goals and ROI expectations
