A data-oriented HR Analytics Expert is sought to deliver impactful insights through HR data analysis and digital reporting tools. This role will focus on improving data-driven decision-making, enhancing reporting quality, and supporting HR digitalization and system development.
Key responsibilities :
Prepare and analyze periodic and ad-hoc HR reports, including Headcount, Turnover, HR Costs, and global HR metrics.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards using tools such as Power BI.
- Support the digitalization of HR processes by contributing to system design and optimization.
- Manage and improve HR Information Systems (HRIS) in line with business needs.
- Contribute to the design and execution of HR analytics and digitalization projects.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyze responses, and report insights to enhance employee experience.
- Deliver timely and accurate operational and strategic HR data support.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify reporting and system development needs.
- Follow HR technology trends and recommend relevant tools and methodologies.
