About the role
As the HR Advisor Turkey, you will :
Make sure that administration of all aspects of the employee lifecycle is effective : including on boarding, payroll, off boarding, benefits management and administration, and other key processes. As such, produce HR documentation and correspondence as required, including references, employment contracts, letters, and others.
Keep up to date with local employment law changes to ensure the company maintains compliance
Build trusted relationships with employees through engagement practices to help guide them through global and local change and to promote a high level of employee morale and engagement
Recruitment : support the recruitment processes in accordance with business needs.
Partnering : Provide consultancy service in terms of HR policies, best practices, roll-out of HR programs, and others, for line managers and employees locally.
Drive organizational change management projects at local level.
Data management & quality : Ensuring data input in HR systems is correct and in compliance with local and global policy.
Employee Development : Support the HR Director in conducting Performance Review Process, Talent Review, and other HR related cycles.
Manage learning & development needs locally.
Internal Communication : Collaborate with the HR Director and the local Marketing teams to conduct employee communications.
Take on a ‘champion’ role to ensure successful implementation of HR strategies and policies within Turkey to ensure a global alignment in parallel with country specific regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
About you
The ideal HR Advisor Turkey :
University Degree in relevant area
Fluent in Turkish and English, both verbal and written
Minimum of 2 years of HR Advisor experience, within a global company and multicultural environment
Have a good degree of competency in applying employment law and other regulations in Turkey
Ability to work independently in a standalone role, without direct day to day supervision and collaboratively in a virtual team
Have a proven ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels locally and virtually
Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
Experience of maintaining and building reports in HRIS.
Ability to move between our offices in Turkey
