İş tanımıBachelors degree preferably in Engineering Advanced English level At least 10 years of experience in supply planning and 4 years of managerial experience Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a must Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent) Proven expertise in inventory management and production scheduling Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Adaptable, strategic thinker with a result-driven mindset Open to change and able to manage complex processes seamlessly
Job Description :
Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.
We are looking for Supply Planning Manager to our business partner in pharmaceutical industry, located in İstanbul.
Responsibilities :
- Create monthly plans based on sales forecasts and orders, ensuring timely and efficient execution
- Develop and manage strategic capacity plans to support long-term growth and investment decisions
- Oversee material planning, procurement, and inventory optimization to meet production needs
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing in the S&OP process to align supply and demand strategies
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
