Your responsibilities

• Process and follow up on customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate closely with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery and invoicing
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with key customers by providing excellent service and regular communication
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to order accuracy, service levels, and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to process improvements and support digital transformation initiatives within the customer service function
