About the Function

Our Sales team love building relationships, connecting with customers to sell our much-loved brands in new and vibrant markets where they can thrive. They help sell our iconic brands across 180 countries every year.

What about the role?

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, forecasting, and planning activities to drive revenue growth and achieve internal sales targets, in full compliance with competition law regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer trends and market dynamics, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Role Responsibilities

What you will be doing?

  • Annual & monthly sales planning by channel, brand and SKU
  • SIT Management
  • Discount budget management and analysis, align with commercial strategy in accordance with the competition law rules
  • Market share, stock share, distribution & opportunity analyses in accordance with the competition law rules
  • Forecasting and pipeline planning for innovation brands
  • Managing all field-related processes through close coordination with field teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Teams, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, to develop comprehensive sales plans that align with overall business goals.
  • Lead the sales forecasting process by utilizing historical data, market insights, and demand drivers to generate accurate sales forecasts for different product categories and regions.
  • Monitor actual sales performance against forecasts and analyze deviations to identify root causes and develop corrective actions.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, market trends, and key metrics

Experience / skills required

  • What we are looking for
  • B.A. or B.Sc. or MBA degree
  • Mimimum 5 years of experience in sales planning, forecasting, or strategic planning within the FMCG industry
  • Excellent command of English
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
