Manufacturing Process Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a comparable technical field.
• Several years of experience in the production of high-precision, large scale components within complex manufacturing environments.
• Solid knowledge of production planning, process control, and workflow optimization .
• Proven experience in leading and motivating teams in multi-shift production environments .
• Strong focus on quality, with familiarity in quality management systems and processes (e.g. APQP or equivalent).
• Good understanding of occupational safety standards and applicable regulations in manufacturing environments.
• Project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, and cost control .
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Confident user of standard office software ; experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) and basic 2D CAD knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to lead operational teams in a three-shift system .
• Experience with nesting software and cutting pattern optimization tools .
• Ability to collaborate with external equipment suppliers and spare parts providers .
