We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Director with a preferably background in auto dealer management. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative setting and is eager to take on a leadership role without the constraints of traditional hierarchy. What to expect from B2B Sales Director position at VavaCars :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize used car sales revenue .
- Drive and manage a steady service pipeline for VavaService.
- Set clear sales targets for retail and B2B channels, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to adjust sales approaches.
- Work closely with Retail Operations Teams to ensure sales targets are met physically and online.
- Collaborate with Pricing Team to ensure competitive car pricing.
- Work with the pricing and revenue team to implement dynamic pricing based on market demand, inventory levels, and customer behavior .
- Very strong grip of KPIs such as volume, profit margins, stock turnover rates, and average selling prices . Adjust strategies based on key KPIs.
- Develop wholesale strategies for trading used car vehicles from and to dealerships and fleet companies .
- Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients, fleets and corporate partners .
- Help maintain a steady supply of quality used vehicles through trade-ins, direct purchases, and auctions.
- Work with Finance to optimize stock levels and reduce aging inventory as well as manage interest costs.
- Implement strategies to minimize depreciation losses on unsold stock.
- Oversee online sales platforms, work closely with Product teams.
- Leverage data analytics to track customer behaviors and improve sales performance.
- Work with Marketing team for CRM tools to enhance customer retention and repeat sales.
- Analyze sales data, revenue trends, and customer insights to make data-driven decisions .
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, profitability, and market opportunities .
- Implement loyalty programs, after-sales services, and promotions to enhance customer retention .
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through streamlined purchase processes, warranties, and financing options .
- Address customer concerns and feedback to improve the overall buying experience.
