Within our Electrical Products Business Unit, we deliver low-voltage power distribution and electrical installation technology that powers buildings, infrastructure, and industry safely and efficiently. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Group Manager to lead our product marketing team and accelerate growth through impactful go-to-market execution.Your Role – Where Strategy Meets ExecutionAs Product Marketing Group Manager – Electrical Products, you will lead a team of marketers responsible for bringing innovative electrical solutions to market. You will be instrumental in developing customer-centric positioning, competitive differentiation, and driving global marketing initiatives that support our portfolio of circuit protection, switching devices, control products, and more.Your Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and inspire a team of product marketers to deliver high-impact campaigns and initiatives.
• Go-to-Market Strategy : Own and implement go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, market expansion, and digitalization of offerings.
• Market Insight : Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to shape product messaging and strategic direction.
• Sales Enablement : Develop compelling content, training materials, and tools that empower our sales and channel partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product management, R&D, regional marketing, and sales organizations to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
• Performance Optimization : Define KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and continuously improve based on data and feedback.Your Qualifications :
• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business development within electrical or industrial markets.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience with a proven ability to build and scale marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage electrical systems, devices, and market applications is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical features into customer value.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and analytical mindset.
