Position Summary :

The primary purpose of the Management Trainee role is to provide support in creating and publishing understandable reports and significantly contribute to data-driven decision-making processes to optimize daily sales operations. This role will be responsible for collecting and reporting sales data and performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Description

  • Collect SKU-based data from retailers and upload it to the Field Force system. Report sales data to track daily, weekly, and monthly performance, identifying areas for improvement. Follow up all launch performances per day / week / month when needed Take ownership of data quality within the sales department. Collaborate closely with various departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to gather relevant data and insights. Assist in maintaining and improving reports and reporting tools to ensure they align with evolving business needs. Support the generation and maintenance of regular and ad-hoc sales reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Assist in designing and implementing data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales & relevant sales - related experience and sound understanding of retail operations management
  • Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative
  • Strong presentation and communication skill in English
  • Be able to multi-task and work under a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skill.
  • Excellent computer skills, including in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Strong digital understanding
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team and interface with international markets
  • Previous strategic accountability in marketing
  • Good communication skills – including understanding how to clearly communicate messages to consumer and key stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Willingness to lead, test and learn
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Generous in spirit (knowledge sharing) and relationship builder
  • Strong in multi-tasking
