Job Description
The Transformation Lead will be part of the Commercial Transformation Team dedicated to driving high-impact commercial performance initiatives across 18 countries. The principal will execute the strategy to take a hands-on, bottom-up approach to identify and resolve bugs or issues observed on the ground, ensuring quick fixes and improvements that directly impact business outcomes.
- Be part of the Commercial Transformation Team focusing on improving commercial performance across various markets, while other teams transition toward enhancing tools and capabilities.
- Drive and engage in short-term, high-impact missions spanning 3-4 weeks across 18 countries, targeting critical areas such as campaigns, vendor funded deals (VFD), non-commissioned revenue (NCR), acquisitions, and team setup.
- Adopt a bottom-up approach to identify operational challenges on the ground, collaborating with local teams to resolve issues and improve overall commercial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects and initiatives that enhance commercial outcomes in various markets.
- Continuously assess and analyze the success of missions, identifying opportunities for improvement and adjusting strategies to achieve measurable business results.
- Report insights, performance results, and project outcomes to senior leadership, ensuring transparency on mission progress and success.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial strategy, or related fields, with strong leadership experience in driving high-impact commercial initiatives.Previous Commercial experience and managing multiple market experience is required.Proven track record in working with cross-functional teams and short-term, high-priority missions to address business objectives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Expertise in managing key business initiatives such as campaigns, acquisitions, and team setup across multiple markets.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership, local teams, and external partners to drive alignment and results.
