Description

• Responsible from all organizational, sales & operational activities of department
• Interact efficiently with other departments (sales, logistics, finance, training department…) to support operation objectives
• Supporting the team in reporting; preparing daily, weekly and monthly analysis
• Following the assigned tasks according to the schedule and reporting them to manager
• Preparing department presentations
• Creating Purchase Orderand responsible from following up payment process
• Providing support and help in the preparation of the required retail tools & ensure delivery to stores .
• Supporting the team for the business trips with reservations & visa applications.
