We are looking for Aftersales Services Engineer - Commercial Vehicles for our Sultanbeyli location
What you can look forward to as Aftersales Services Engineer - Commercial Vehicles
- Deliver ongoing technical support to authorized service centres.
- Analyse technical reports from authorized services and OEMs, provide technical guidance to services in collaboration with internal technical support teams.
- Communicate with customers based on headquarters feedback and reports received.
- Support joint technical projects with customers.
- Coordinate logistics for part shipments and returns of defective products.
- To follow up on warranty-related matters together with the warranty department and support the process of obtaining warranty approvals from related headquarter units.
- Install diagnostic devices, perform software updates, and manage related customer interactions.
- Coordinate and monitor external service technicians when needed.
