About this Position
As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB) products with local and international regulatory frameworks. You will serve as a key partner across cross-functional teams to support safe, compliant, and successful product launches in a highly dynamic environment.
What you´ll do
- Ensure compliance of all HCB products with applicable local and international regulations (e.g., KKDIK, SEA, Cosmetics Regulation, CLP, REACH).
- Conduct and document safety assessments for both finished goods and raw materials in accordance with local and EU regulations.
- Prepare and manage regulatory dossiers, product notifications (e.g., UTS, EBS), and labeling conformity.
- Act as the regulatory contact with relevant authorities such as the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Trade.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Global Regulatory Affairs to ensure timely and compliant product launches.
- Monitor legislative changes and emerging regulatory trends, proactively assess impact, and implement necessary actions.
- Manage safety data sheets (SDS), regulatory statements, and declarations.
- Oversee product claims and substantiation processes to ensure alignment with advertising and competition laws.
Represent Henkel in relevant industry associations and regulatory working groups.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field.Minimum 5 years of regulatory experience, preferably in the FMCG or chemical industry.Strong knowledge of chemical regulations and compliance procedures.Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.Some perks of joining Henkel
