General Specialist - office management

As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled General Specialist to join our dynamic team in Istanbul. This role will primarily focus on office management and administrative affairs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail work style, and a proactive approach to managing admin operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and service providers to ensure a well-functioning workplace. Maintain records of office inventory, equipment, and administrative expenses.
• Organize internal meetings, events, company travels and company cars.
• Work closely with the Country Manager, providing support in communication with external and internal partners.
• Take charge of coordinating specific projects as assigned by management, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documentation, and filing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, support health & safety compliance tasks.
• Act as a liaison between departments and HQ to ensure effective communication and workflow, provide accurate translation if needed.
