Our business partner is a prominent player in the pharmaceutical sector and continues its manufacturing, marketing, and pharmaceutical R&D activities in Istanbul.

Tanımı

Oversee the execution of regional and global strategies, ensuring the accurate and timely implementation of BPA (Business Planning and Analysis) processes and policies;

Deliver regular and ad-hoc financial reports, providing up-to-date and insightful financial information to stakeholders;

Lead the development of detailed budgets and financial forecasts, supporting planning at the global, regional, and business-unit levels;

Design and manage early warning systems for financial tracking, ensuring accurate forecasting of financial outcomes;

Drive performance improvements by conducting value-added analyses on various financial metrics, including sales trends, expenses, cash flow, and capital investments;

Provide financial analysis support to senior leadership, aiding in data-driven decision-making;

Supervise and foster the professional development of a team of experienced BPA professionals;

Report technical complaints and adverse events related to products, and manage the distribution of marketing samples, where applicable.

Aradığımız Profil

A successful 'FP&A Manager' should have :

Fluent English and Turkish;

Proven experience in business case management;

Expertise in financial management;

Demonstrated functional breadth in finance-related roles;

Strong project management skills.
