Job Description

Assist the Sales Manager in creating and implementing sales strategies.

Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet sales goals.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.

Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Participate in sales meetings, training, and events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in sales or a related role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and Opera program.

Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
