Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Monitor the activities of the brand management agency and manage project processes.
• Coordinate with the agency on the creation of brand identity, digital and physical brand strategies, and communication guidelines.
• Track and report the performance of defined brand and communication strategies.
• Contribute to the definition of commercial sales targets and support the execution of related sales activities.
• Conduct alignment analyses for brand strategies and manage update processes when necessary.
• Organize monthly and periodic strategic meetings and follow up on the implementation of outcomes.
• Provide strategic direction to the agency for content planning, campaigns, and communication related to special days.
• Coordinate strategic projects such as influencer collaborations, cross-brand initiatives, and university / club events.
• Actively manage crisis communication processes and coordinate updates with the agency.
• Take part in and review contract processes with third parties.
• Regularly present strategic evaluation and improvement suggestions to senior management.
