Our client is a globally recognized company operating at the medical device solutions. They are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to lead and execute brand-aligned marketing strategies and communication activities across both digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver visual, printed, and digital marketing materials aligned with brand identity
- Prepare and finalize product-related brochures, catalogs, and promotional assets
- Plan and execute promotional activities across sector-specific media outlets
- Organize and evaluate internal (trainings, meetings) and external (congresses, fairs, seminars) events
- Lead marketing activities focused on lead generation and brand awareness contributing to revenue growth
- Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of ongoing projects
- Support sales teams with marketing collateral and promotional tools
- Collaborate on global marketing campaigns; create campaign assets such as landing pages
- Maintain and update the corporate website and CRM database
- Conduct market, product, and competitor analysis, and present regular reports
- Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, SAP CRM, Marketo, and Adobe Experience Manager efficiently
- Manage marketing budgets, obtain supplier quotations, and prepare documentation for managerial approval
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferredMinimum 6 years of experience in marketing communications or a related fieldExcellent command of English, both written and spokenProficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., SAP CRM, Marketo, Google Ads)Strong background in event and campaign managementCapable of producing and analyzing marketing reports and KPIsWorking knowledge of Adobe InDesign or similar design tools is a strong plusStrong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple projects, and handle crisis communicationWillingness to travel frequently; for male candidates, military service must be completed
