Inside Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for high-potential customer segments,
• Analyze data to target valuable accounts and optimize conversion and retention,
• Manage the sales pipeline and refine processes for improved forecasting and efficiency,
• Build strong customer relationships and recommend solutions aligned with their objectives,
• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and support digital sales initiatives,
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams for seamless customer experiences.
