SALES OPERATIONS SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Position Purpose :

You will support Merchandising Strategy & activities within Turkey and also track the executions and actualizations on the field.

The position will be based in Istanbul and will travel within Turkey in case of need.

You will report to the  Merchandising Manager .

What will you do – responsibilities :

• Following up and reporting sales support teams’ performance indicators
• Following up and reporting field operations and merchandisers’ activities
• Drawing up routes for merchandisers’ and tracking the performance
• Reporting nation-wide and region-wide merchandising operations
• Ensuring the coordination between the marketing department and sales teams on the relevant field activities
• Tracking and reporting annual Budget
• Ensuring coordination with the Global Indirect Procurement Team, Finance, and Legal Departments during related processes
• Following up on invoice processes of Display Units and logistic & maintenance operations
• Following up and generating contract management processes within the merchandising function
