About Our Client

Our client is a global transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage company. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for their growing team in Istanbul, Turkey.

Job Responsibilities

• Leading a team and be a good team player
• Planning and coordinating all inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient material flow
• Monitoring and achieving capacity targets, identifying and addressing any gaps or risks
• Leading, managing, and supporting the development of inbound and outbound teams to enhance performance and capabilities
• Communicating daily and weekly production capacities to the customer, and ensuring alignment through regular meetings
• Tracking and planning the production budget in coordination with related departments
• Monitoring productivity KPIs, initiating improvement actions, and ensuring targets are met
