Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Operations Team in the position of Operations Coordinator.

Key result areas :

• Building and maintaining a good operational relationship with end customers who entrust us with their supply chain management
• Being able to act independently with regard to the daily operational / financial tasks and customer exception handling
• Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to play your part in ensuring on time-in full delivery of shipments from origin to destination, with a keen focus on cost reduction
• Achieving the agreed margin for shipments handled
• Driving export related business improvements
