Our client is one of the leading global companies in industry sector.

Tanımı

Acting as first point of contact for all HR related questions;

Delivering comprehensive HR support and implementing HR strategies;

Managing & implementing of all HR functions such as; compensation & benefits, performance management, recognition and reward, employee engagement, internal communication, onboarding, development processes;

Providing local perspective and input for HR related projects;

Ensuring that the HR practices and policies are in line with global guidelines, values, and applicable labor laws;

Coordinating all necessary HR related initiatives from the global headquarter;

Working closely with the outsource payroll company;

Promoting career development, coaching, and development planning for talent pool candidates;

Supporting and leading HR specific projects / initiatives, including organizational and change management, talent acquisition & retention and etc;

Reporting KPIs & managing HR budget process;

Creating a roadmap for internal and external communication, implementing internal events.
